The second 32 #SMEcommunity Tweet-Up takes place 25th January 2013.

The 32-County Small Business / SME Community Tweet-up takes place in The 4 star County Arms Hotel, Birr, Co Offaly on 25th January at 11am.

Following on from the overwhelming success of our inaugural event last year, we're inviting small business owners from across the 32 counties to meet up offline to put faces to twitter names, network, make new connections, find some new friends and of course, share plenty of business cards!

Ireland is a lot more positive of late so we're doing our utmost to ensure that each and every one of us can embrace that positivity and turn 2013 into a fantastic year for everybody.

This is a free networking event, participants are required however to register in advance of the date so we can advise the hotel of numbers.  The hotel has an award-winning restaurant and we would  request that you advise when booking whether you will require lunch or not, payment will be direct to the hotel on the day.Lunch will be €11.

It will be a relaxed and informal event, with a couple of guest speakers one of whom we're delighted to tell you a little about now...

We are delighted that Laois/Offaly TDs Marcella Crocoran Kennedy and Charlie Flanagan will be joinng us in Birr to mingle and chat with you all.

Those of you who network on Twitter and Facebook will most likely have come across the wonderful Eamonn O'Brien, founder of The Reluctant Speaker Club, Entrepreneur, radio broadcaster, speaker, international marketer and new business development consultant.  Eamonn will provide us with plenty of tips on how to get your pitch across and make sure your business is noticed - a presentation you will not want to miss!

Laura Ryder a journalist with the Offaly Independent will also speak about Press Releases from Journalists point of view, Laura will share tips and advice and answer questions.

We are awaiting further details from Digital Belfast about a speaker from Northern Ireland.

As part of the event we are also considering a session with a panel of experts designed to suit your requirements as small business owners.  With this in mind we would be grateful if you could complete this survey so that we can ensure we have the best fit for the group as a whole.
